1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The mattress must have been used for at least 30 nights.
The return request must be made within 45 days of delivery.
The mattress must be in good condition, free of stains, damage, or excessive wear.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
Mattresses that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alterations.
Custom-made mattresses.
Pillows, mattress toppers, and accessories that have been used.
3. Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@afoam.lk or call 0362271540 to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Schedule Pickup: We will arrange for a free pickup of the mattress from your home.
3. Inspection: Once the mattress is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after the mattress is received and inspected. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your mattress for a different model, we will help you choose a better fit and arrange delivery at no extra cost (subject to availability).
